Research Idea; My thesis topic is whether or not players’ motivation and performance will increase if they write feelings, goals, and attributes they would like to work on before games. I think this method can be useful for inspiring motivation and a desire to improve if an athlete takes the time to write out and explain the performance they hope to achieve.
