Component 1: A case study (40%)
Guideline:
(i) The data of the relevant business should be at least from the reliable secondary resources
(personal blog, Wikipedia, unreliable social media, etc are prohibited)
(ii) Credit will be given if students could obtain the data from primary sources, such as online interviews,
phone calls, emailing, etc. Face-to-face is allowed, provided both parties agree and adhere to SOP
(iii) The chosen business can be registered in Malaysia OR overseas (evidence of the existing
business should be provided, such as Social Media, photo, newspaper, etc) with NO limit of the
business scopes. However, the business scale should be micro OR small size only.
(iv) Words limit ± 2,500 with 1.5 spacing.
