Creating strategies for success involves drawing on your existing strengths, developing new ones, and reaching out for support when you need it. Take a minute to review what you wrote in the previous topics.  What strengths will you bring to the table that will help you succeed? How will you leverage

Topics to Discuss with Your FlexPath Coach

By completing this document, you are generating an Action Plan that will help you get off to a strong start in FlexPath. Your FlexPath coach is another great source of planning and support.

Shortly after you begin your first academic FlexPath course, you will receive an email introducing you to your FlexPath Coach. Your coach will want to connect with you, via a phone appointment, sometime during your first course. He/she will want to hear how things are going as you’re getting started in your program and establish how he/she can best support you moving forward. Directions for how to schedule an appointment with your coach will be included in the email you will receive.

To prepare for your first conversation with your coach, take a few minutes to review the following statements and select your answers. Items to which you answered “no” are excellent topics to discuss with your FlexPath coach. Feel free to add any additional items of your own to this list that you would also like to discuss.
